Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Process

  1. Visit our Returns Center and enter your order details to initiate a return.
  2. Choose whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
  3. Print the return label provided and send your package back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a product defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

2. Refund Amount

  • The refund amount will include the price of the returned item, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, visit our Returns Center and select the exchange option. We’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

2. Exchange Processing

  • We’ll ship your new item once the original item is received and inspected, typically within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@belleintimo.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
